If I place an order today when will I receive it?
We will post all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped using regular post unless requested and we can organise express delivery for you at buyers cost.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders within Australia will attract a flat postage rate of $10.95.
Can I return my order?
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you purchase then as long as they are un-used and within their original packaging you can return them to us for a refund within 14 days. Please contact us first before sending any products back so we can provide you a return mailing address.
Are your products suitable for children under the age of 3 years?
Due to safety regulations, our party favour bags and toys are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
What happens if something is out of stock?
If an item in the pack you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you directly and give you the option of a replacement product or option to amend your order.
